Taiji Quan and Welness

The Tai Ji Quan (better known in Italy as “Tai Chi Chuan”), is a system that studies movement, dynamic meditation and self-defence and has its roots in the Kung Fu and in the ancient Chinese culture.

It consists of a series of postures favouring a slow, harmonious and continuous execution, during which it is possible to take consciousness of one’s body and of its energy, that crosses it freely once physical and emotional blocks have been removed.

The advantages of a correct practice of Tai Ji Juan regard several levels of our being, and this is the reason why Tai Ji Juan is also known in China as “Art of Divine Health”.

In the physical and energetic level, Tai Ji Juan is a valid help to prevent and help in the following problems:
